What is your MOQ?
1. For single item order, basically our MOQ is 50pcs for FOB terms, 1000pcs for OEM service needed item. 20pcs for stocked items.
2. We accept mixed item ordering together and Min order value: $500.
3. If customer need print their own logo and package, our MOQ is 1000pcs per item.
4. if customer need special OEM service like tool new mold, color outer carton etc. final MOQ should be discussed by two parties.
How to get samples?
1. Send us your sample requirement by an email
2. Please list all item No. of you requested samples, quantity and other requirements. Also attach your full contact info: company name, address, Tel no., Postcode, contact person, express account like DHL, TNT
3.For samples we have in stock and below $10 value, we will ship to you within 2 days for free by your DHL or other express company account.
For sample need to newly made, the lead time is 7-10day, sample fee will be charged in advance.
What is your sample policy?
For sample value at USD10 below, we offer 1pcs sample for free.
For sample value at USD10 above, we will charge sample fee in advance. When customer places order with us, the sample fee which charged in advance will be deducted from the payment for goods.
The shipping fee of samples should be charged by customers.
What are your payment terms and ways!
1. For sample fee, full payment in advance!
We suggest you to pay sample fee via WESTERN UNION it will deliver us in 1 hour. If there is no Western union agent in your place, pay it by T/T or Paypal .
2. For bulk goods order, 30% prepaid as deposit, then T/T balance when goods are ready and prior to shipping.
What are your price terms?
1. Usually our quotation are EX-Factory Terms excluding all local cost like custom declaration, Trucking, CFS, B/L, original, freight, also don't includes some special documents like CO stamped by chamber of commerce or embassy.
2. All the quotation based on our standard package (bubble bag as usual). If customer needs to change package style to own design, final price will be revised as package size, material and other details.
3. If customer needs to do FOB Terms, Product MOQ 1000pcs and Value Min $5000.
4. For the shipment by air or by express, our term is EXW.
How to place order ?
1. Call us your purchase order copy with your company title
2. Email us your purchase order copy with your company title
3. You must list order information: order No., date, item no. quantity, unit price, total amount, expected lead time, shipment way at least.
4. Also you'd better to explain products color, specifications you need, logo color, packing style, barcode, shipping marks, and other details.
5. We will confirm this order with you in 3 days
6. Meantime we will send you PI with all order details for your confirmation again
What is your normal Lead time
Order lead time will counted starting from the day receipt of your T/T copy.
Normally lead time:
7-10 days for OEM orders,
3-5 days for wholesale orders.
